Oval-shaped chinese pastry. Sweet potato glutinous rice flour skin wrapped around homemade mungbean filling in the centre.
It is presented on a piece of banana leaf. Natural colourings from orange and purple sweet potatoes. No artificial colouring/preservatives used.
